Most people who observe Biblical Sabbath regard it as having been instituted as a perpetual covenant.

BECAUSE Observation and remembrance of GOD'S Sabbath is REQUIRED BY the 4th Commandment, UNDER PENALTY OF DEATH!
In EXODUS 31, God CONFIRMS THE SERIOUSNESS of KEEPING GOD'S SABBATH.

because there IS NO "SIGN" between ME and GOD, because I DID NOT observe GOD'S DAY OF REST, I AM DEAD, DEAD, DEAD!

But the MODERN "Christian" World teaches observance of this COMMANDMENT is no longer necessary!

Because, according to the TESTIMONY of GOD HIMSELF, THERE IS NO SIGN BETWEEN me AND GOD!
MY SIGN is with the HEAD of my group, NOT GOD!
I DID NOT BELIEVE GOD,
I BELIEVED a human . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
-who explained it all away
-as if they had the understanding and AUTHORITY
-to render a never ending contract MADE BY GOD HIMSELF
BETWEEN YOU AND HIM
-NULL AND VOID
-and said, "you would not surely die", . . . . . .
-Just as Adam and Eve believed the serpent OVER GOD.
AND NOW!!! . . .
because there IS NO "SIGN" between ME and GOD, because I DID NOT observe GOD'S DAY OF REST, I AM DEAD, DEAD, DEAD!
Ladies and Gentlemen of the JURY, I ASK YOU, are those not the words that GOD HIMSELF SPOKE?
But the MODERN "Christian" World teaches observance of this COMMANDMENT is no longer necessary!

According to "Documented Human History";
- The origin of Sunday worship in the 1st or 2nd century remains a debated point.
Often first-day worship (Sunday morning or Saturday night) was practiced alongside observance of seventh-day Sabbath rest and was a widespread Christian tradition by the 2nd century; over time, Sunday thus came to be known as Lord's Day and, later, a rest day.
Though the MODERN majority observance of Christian Sabbath is as Sunday rest, this development was gradual.
Some EARLY ROMAN church authorities opposed widespread seventh-day Sabbath observance as a Judaizing tendency.
According to "Documented Human History", Roman bishops "demanded ... that the Sabbath be profaned; and they denounced in the strongest language those who dared to show it honour.
For example, the Council of Laodicea (canon 29) required ROMAN Christians to separate from Jewish laws and traditions, stating that Christians must not Judaize by resting on Sabbath, but must work that day and then, if possible, rest on the Lord's Day, and that any found to be Judaizers were declared anathema from Christ.
Revelation 3

This was consistent with Constantine's personal position towards Jewry, which has been described by the primitive Christianity movement as persecution of seventh-day observers.
On March 7, 321, the Roman Emperor (pontifex maximus)Constantine issued a decree making Sunday a day of rest from labor, stating:
All judges and city people and the craftsmen shall rest upon the venerable day of the sun.
Country people, however, may freely attend to the cultivation of the fields, because it frequently happens that no other days are better adapted for planting the grain in the furrows or the vines in trenches.
So that the advantage given by heavenly providence may not for the occasion of a short time perish.
Later in 321, Constantine instructed that Christians and non-Christians should be united in observing the venerable day of the sun, referencing the sun-worship that Aurelian had established as an official cult.
At this time, the DEFENSE would submit for the consideration of the JURY that;

It causes "DESOLATION in GOD'S KINGDOM" because;
- ALL THOSE THAT SOUGHT ETERNAL LIFE WITH THEIR GOD, in SATAN'S church,
- WERE ALL CONDEMNED TO DEATH by the teachings of SATAN.
- Simply because there was NO "SIGN" BETWEEN THEM AND GOD!
- THEIR "SIGN" was with the one that deceived them!
Earlier, the JURY heard TESTIMONY that TWO Religious Groups were RISING UP inside the Roman Imperial State.
- One of those religious groups was the TRUE CHRISTIAN CHURCH which KEPT the Commandments of God.
- The other group - THE MYSTERIES of MITHRAS - was a PAGAN "Copy - Cat" of the TRUE "Christian" Church, WHICH DID NOT REGARD THE COMMANDMENTS OF GOD.
At this time, the DEFENSE would ask the JURY;
- Which Group would you suspect thought it was O.K. to CHANGE GOD'S LAWS?
-The TRUE Remnant that KEEP the Commandments of God?
-SATAN'S "DESTROYING MOUNTAIN"?

- Do you believe you could IDENTIFY the 4th Beast Kingdom of Daniel, the "LITTLE HORN" that would seek to COUNTERFEIT EVEN THE SABBATH, even if it were called by another name in this day and age?

The JURY SHOULD NOTE what God says about this Catholic "instead of" Sabbath.
ISAIAH 24
5 The earth also is defiled under the inhabitants thereof; because they have transgressed the laws, changed the ordinance, broken the everlasting covenant.6 Therefore hath the curse devoured the earth, and they that dwell therein are desolate: therefore the inhabitants of the earth are burned, and few men left.
Ladies and Gentlemen of the JURY, as one that seeks to please God with all of your heart, does not "Documented Human History" read like some NIGHTMARE.
Not even Stephen King could write such a devastating horror story;
- EVENTUALLY IT BECOMES THE WORLD'S LARGEST RELIGION;
-AND CONSUMED THE ENTIRE "CHRISTIAN" WORLD!

- Worldwide, the three largest groups of Christianity are the Roman Catholic Church, the Eastern Orthodox Church, and the various denominations of Protestantism.
- As of the early 21st century, Christianity has approximately 2.2 billion adherents.
- Christianity represents about a third of the world's population and is the world's largest religion.
Perhaps the following verse of Scripture takes on a whole new meaning?
REVELATION 9
15 And the four angels were loosed, which were prepared for an hour, and a day, and a month, and a year, for to slay the third part of men.
Which do you believe would be worse in God's eyes;
- PAGANS that are OPENLY PAGAN, . . . . . or,
- PAGANS that use God's "only begotten" Son's name. . . . to destroy God's "glorious and holy people"?
