It would appear, that the Books of DANIEL and REVELATION contains TWO TYPES of Chapters/Prophecies.

Four great BEASTS(kingdoms) shall arise out of the sea(earth).
EXAMPLE:
The fourth beast shall be the fourth kingdom upon earth, which shall be diverse from all kingdoms, and shall devour the whole earth, and shall tread it down, and break it in pieces.
It is also the position of the DEFENSE that REVELATION 17 and 18 are DETAIL Chapters.
Great detail is provided to help identify that Great City Babylon.
Revelation 13 is ALSO a "DETAIL" Chapter.
It provides GREAT DETAIL about the Seventh Head, which is to follow the Sixth Head, after the sixth kingdom's destruction in 1 hour.
In CONSIDERATION of ALL the evidence PRESENTED by the DEFENSE;
